By browsing Empire of the Aile, you agree to the terms below. They're written the way I write everything else here — plainly, and without a legal department behind them.

1. What this is

Empire of the Aile is a free, personal storage space run by one person (E), covering hobbies, coding progress, cooking, poetry, anime, and freelance notes. It is not a business, a professional service, or a source of expert advice.

2. Free access, no paid content

Everything on this site is free to view. I don't sell content here — that's what a separate site is for. Any purchase links you see (Ko-fi, an online bookstore, affiliate products) are entirely optional and lead to third-party platforms with their own terms.

3. Closed / invite-only content

Some content — mainly books and films — is restricted to friends, family, and people vouched for by them, and is watermarked to keep it within that community. Requesting access (via Discord) doesn't guarantee it will be granted.

4. Not expert advice

Posts reflect personal, hobbyist experience — not professional or expert guidance. What worked for me on a given day, for a specific problem, may not work for you. Use anything you find here at your own judgment and risk.

5. Community conduct

Everyone is treated as equal here — visitors aren't expected to be "right," only accountable for their actions. Feedback and comments (by email or Discord) are welcome when they're specific and constructive. Vague negativity ("this is lame") won't be engaged with. Visitors who show up to judge, moralize, or play the victim are welcome to leave; this space is not the place for either.

6. Content may be blunt or unfiltered

Some posts may read as blunt, cold, or dryly cynical — that's the tone of the storage, not an attack on any reader. If content ever bothers you, you're free to simply close the tab. This site does not offer guidance for personal or emotional crises; if you need that kind of support, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis service in your area.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, text, images, and other original content on this site belong to E. You're welcome to share links to posts; please don't republish or resell the content itself without asking first.

8. Third-party links and affiliate content

This site links to external platforms (YouTube, Ko-fi, Discord, online shops). Some links may be affiliate links, meaning a purchase could earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only link to things I've personally used, tested, or genuinely want to try — reviews are honest, including when the verdict is negative. I'm not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of external sites.

9. No warranty

This storage is provided "as is." I make no promises that it will be error-free, always available, or suited to any particular purpose.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site grows (for example, once the custom database and CRUD system are in place). Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
